As a SAP basis consultant / administrator, you may need to add a transport request manually in transport queue.
Steps:
1) tcode STMS_IMPORT (You need to add another request which is not available in the queue.).2) Select Menu ( Extras - Other Requests - Add) as shown below.
3) You will get below screen. Type request no. to be added.
4) Press F4 key. Select the request.
5) Refresh the queue. Request has been added.
